The Baldrige Explorer is an online assessment tool that can be completed in as little as 30 days. This is the very same tool that is currently being used by several of the Baldrige-based state quality programs. It consists of three steps.

1. Senior Leader briefing and employee training – We provide all of the necessary training to understand the Criteria and to engage the online assessment.

2. Online Assessment - After we determine the demographics for your organization, we coordinate the Online Assessment which uses the Baldrige Criteria as the basis for questions. You can access a working demo on our Sample Assessment Page.

3. Feedback Report – We work with you to get the most out of your Feedback Report in terms of understanding the opportunities for improvement and leveraging the strengths across the organization.
