Leading an organization to greatness is a difficult task.  If it were easy, every organization would be excellent, and as we know, few are.  If your organization has accepted the challenge, there is no better tool to help you move forward than a Baldrige-based assessment that identifies not only your organization’s strengths, but more importantly its key opportunities for improvement.

The Baldrige framework provides a comprehensive description of an organization that is committed to excellence.  The Criteria are based on world-class management practices, and they provide a framework for driving Performance Excellence through organizations that accept the challenge and stay the course.

Option 1

Many organizations choose to start with a Customized Training Workshop that's delivered onsite. Often this is a half-day session that's geared to the organization's senior leaders. This workshop includes an introduction to the Baldrige Criteria and the assessment process and includes a review of the pros and cons of integrating the Baldrige model.  We also do Assessment Team Training and Application Development Training.

Option 2

A facilitated one to two-day Assessment Workshop based on the Malcolm Baldrige Criteria. This workshop is designed to help your team become familiar with the Criteria while identifying key strengths and improvement opportunities.

Option 3 

I'm a proud Partner of the National Council for Performance Excellence. NCPE's Organizational Assessment is a fast, economical and accurate method to evaluate performance in the key areas that drive business success and bottom line results. This is an online assessment tool that can be completed in as little as 45 days. It is the very same tool that is currently being used by several of the Baldrige-based state quality programs. It consists of three steps.

1. Senior Leader briefing and employee training – We provide all of the necessary training to understand the Criteria and to engage the online assessment.

2. Online Assessment - After we determine the demographics for your organization, we coordinate the Online Assessment which uses the Baldrige Criteria as the basis for questions. You can access a working Self-Assessment Demo.

3. Feedback Report – We work with you to get the most out of your Feedback Report in terms of understanding the opportunities for improvement and leveraging the strengths across the organization.

Option 4

Sometimes leaders in organizations need someone to talk with about their business.  They need a mentor or a coach.  Coaching is an on-going process that provides information and support as you work toward Performance Excellence. Face-to-face, e-mail, and phone support is made available to answer the questions as they arise or to provide feedback on your plans and initiatives. Together, we can accelerate your journey to performance excellence.
