Robert Bitner was employed by a fortune five hundred company that is a global leader in the design, engineering, and manufacture of value-added products and systems for automotive, commercial, and off-highway vehicles. This organization has a corporate quality program that is modeled after the Baldrige National Quality Award and boasts two Baldrige winning divisions. For much of his career, he worked exclusively on the corporation's Baldrige related initiatives.
